Grover was appropriately named after the exhuberant, loyal, and furry Sesame Street character.  Although on crate rest for a month, he was vocal only when mom left or his dinner was being prepared. His exhuberants involves an adorable Pudelpointer dance but does NOT involve jumping. He's now free to roam about and doing really well.

  • He was perfect on his leash walk and chose to sleep on the floor curled up right by momma's bed.
  • He holds his business all day in his crate and uses the dog door like a pro.
  • His foster siblings LOVE him and he was quite good with our 7 year old human visitor.
  • He's mastered "sit" with and without reward/verbal commands and will be glad to lay his head in your lap for a little neck rub!

Still on modified rest, we're not certain what type of a running buddy he will be.  As for the buddy part...he's got that down!!!

Come see him. You will love him.
